These sessions respond to the seasonal changes here in England — the shifting light, the movement from Summer to Autumn, and the subtle transitions we feel within our own bodies.

Rooted in yoga therapy, grounding yoga and meditation, each class weaves together grounding movement with meditation and breathwork. Practices are shaped by the season and designed to support regulation rather than intensity.

You can expect:

This is not about aesthetic shapes or pushing further. It is about practising in a way that feels steady, safe and responsive to your energy.

We can use Sound Therapy to support you into entering an altered state such as

Relaxation
Focus
Anxiety support using meditation techniques and relationship with the mind-body, with sound as support.

I am open to hearing how you’d like sound therapy as support, we can have a one off session or we can see each other regularly.

A closed group space for women of all ages to explore practices that reconnect you with your womb and cyclical body.

This group not only welcomes, but encourages women in all stages of life to join - shared and diverse experience is one of our greatest teachers in this work.

Each 90 minute session will share a range of Womb Yoga practice, including nourishing movement, rest, mudra and sound.

This group is inspired by my training in Yoni Shakti Womb Yoga Therapy (with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli) and my own lived experience of cyclical living.

Each practice will last around 60 minutes, with 30 minutes for tea, questions, sharing & journaling at the end.

Please note, I have previously ran womb yoga groups which provide education and activities to understand the theory behind the practices. This group will be purely embodied, and will be a beautiful way to learn through felt experience and connection.

Veronika, our wonderful Yoga teacher will support you through the season of Autumn with slow movement & pranayama (breathwork).

These sessions respond to the seasonal changes here in England - the shifting light, the movement from Summer into Autumn, and the subtle transitions we feel within our own bodies.

Whilst nature rests, most of its movement turns inwards and happens underground. This class will support you to maintain a steady sense of movement in your body & energy system even through the darker and colder months.

You can expect:

• Grounding, slow movement.
• Practices to support circulation and health of the joints.
• Pranayama (breathwork)
• Space to pause and notice
• Nervous system support woven throughout

This is not about aesthetic shapes or pushing. It is about practising in a way that feels steady, safe and responsive to your energy.

Elisha is a Yoga Therapist, and her work centres rest & connection with the body as a gateway to deeper health. Rest is often a missing ingredient in most modern people’s health routines, and Elisha absolutely loves to create beautiful spaces for people to relax.

This sessions always begin with a Yogic practice. This could include a restorative Yoga pose, gentle breath connection or Yoga Nidra.

The remainder of the session will have you relaxing in the gentle vibrations of Himilayan sound bowls.

Mary, our wonderful Yin Yoga teacher will support you through the season of Autumn with practices from the beautiful system of Yin Yoga.

This 6pm session is a perfect wind down to support you into a restful evening. Our Yin Yoga session uses postures and concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine to create a shift in your energetic flow, and support the body into a deeper sense of rest, release and stillness.

These sessions respond to the seasonal changes here in England - the shifting light, the movement from Summer into Autumn, and the subtle transitions we feel within our own bodies.

Whilst nature rests, most of its movement turns inwards and happens underground. This class is a beautiful way to bring stillness into your own body, in a healthy way.

You can expect:

• Stretches and positions to stimulate intentional energy centres and meridian lines.
• Practices to support circulation and health of the joints.
• Longer, deeper stretches
• Space to pause and notice
• Nervous system support woven throughout
