Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class.
Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

If you're pregnant and looking for ways to relax and stay fit, join our prenatal yoga. Our multifaceted approach encourages safe stretching, strengthening, mental centering and focused breathing. The poses are meant to support your body during pregnancy and variations will be offered depending upon which trimester you are in. This practice can help you prepare for labor and promote your baby's health.
