Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class.
Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

This meditative practice uses a variety of seated and laying down postures to open up the deeper spaces in your body to clear blockages, release stress and increase the flow of energy.
Set up your mat, grab a blanket and a bolster or some pillows, and get ready to stretch and reset.
