Hips, heart and all around awakening! This is an intermediate practice ~ but don't let that hold you back. Choose options that work for you and take breaks when you may need to. Remember it is called yoga practice not yoga perfect. You can expect to work on heart openers, play with bound side angle pose play with hip openers working up to to standing splits. As always grab some water and your props,, turn your phone off and let's go!
