There is nothing like a good stretch to pull your day together. This practice focuses mainly on the hips. Of course there are other areas that will benefit, because all the muscles are interrelated. You can expect to work on some great hip prep work to lead us towards sleeping swan pose.
Please trust you body during the practice. If you are feeling pain, slowly release the pose and bring yourself to a more nurturing posture such as laying on your back - savasana, or whatever you are guided to do. PLEASE have props within reach - you can use bolsters, blankets and blocks, or similar items. Enjoy!
