Description

This moderate vinyasa class offers a steady, breath-led flow that builds strength, balance, and mobility over the course of the month. Each week gently progresses—layering poses, transitions, and holds—allowing students to grow in confidence and familiarity with the sequence.

The series resets at the start of each month, making it accessible whether you join from week one or drop in later. Expect mindful pacing, clear cueing, and options throughout, with an emphasis on functional strength, stability, and intentional movement.

Best suited for students with some yoga experience or those ready to explore a slightly more active practice. Modifications are always offered.
