Description
A supportive flow class focused on building strength, improving balance, and moving with greater stability and ease. Expect mindful movement, standing poses, core activation, and breath-led transitions in a practice designed to help you feel stronger and more steady.
The series resets at the start of each month, making it accessible whether you join from week one or drop in later. Expect mindful pacing, clear cueing, and options throughout, with an emphasis on functional strength, stability, and intentional movement.
Best suited for students with some yoga experience or those ready to explore a slightly more active practice. Modifications are always offered.
