Hi Yogis!

Vinyasa classes are relatively fast and strong, to allow for complete relaxation by the end of class. We combine strength, flexibility and breath practice.

Please prepare a yoga block if you have one, no worries if you don't!

Optional: prepare a blanket, an eye cover, something to place under your knee creases or head, or anything you'd like to have for a sweeter Savasana.
