Description
We'll get warmed up with fun pairs yoga, before learning about how to stretch the body with the unique Thai style of embodied, mindful touch. In this class we'll emphasise hams, hips, back and shoulders. We'll learn to press, push, pull and stretch the body to promote well-being and release of tension, leading to improved flexibility. And we'll find out how to apply Thai Yoga with surprisingly little strength! We use our bodies to lever into a wonderful back stretch and an impressive lifted back bend.
You do not need to be a super-yogi, it is for ordinary folk, suitable for all ages and abilities, you just need to be able to kneel at floor level, and remember not to let go!
