This class blends the best of both worlds: active, energizing movement (Yang) followed by deep, relaxing stretches (Yin). The first half of the session focuses on dynamic, strength-building poses to warm up the body and activate energy. In the second half, we slow things down with long-held, floor-based postures to target the deeper connective tissues and encourage stillness.
