Nicole is a passionate advocate for teens with 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families as a support worker. Through her work she has worked with all types of people but always felt she could do more to help teens understand their changing bodies and minds better by bridging the gap of mind and body connection specifically through yoga and mindfulness.
As a suffer of anxiety through her teen and young adult life, Nicole has felt first hand the positive power of both mindfulness and yoga. So after using these tools for many years with such success for herself she decided to train as a Teen Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, so that she could empower more young people to learn about how to use movement to not just support their body but also their mind.
Nicole is also very passionate about giving teens a place and space to go to truly be themselves. So know that everyone is welcome, all levels of experience, all people and all bodies types! Her moto is, progress over perfection!
