Join Ashley our Pregnancy Yoga teacher for a 6 week block of yoga classes designed to support you during this sacred time in life.
It is also a lovely opportunity to meet other mums and form a community.
Ashley will guide you to listen to your body and offer alternatives to suit you.

A lovely way to unwind and find relaxation and peace during this special phase in life.
You can sign up for the full block or try a single class.
We would recommend 12 weeks onward from your first scan to take part in our classes, and we can't wait to see you there! 👋
