HOT 26+2 is a classic hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room to help build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. It’s a moving meditation that works every part of the body, from the inside out.

Please bring water and a towel for your practice. Mats are available to borrow or purchase, and towels are available to buy in studio.
