Sessions may include gentle or flowing movement, breathwork, strength, stillness, or deep rest, depending on what feels supportive. This is a space to move at your own pace, explore specific needs, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels personal, kind, and responsive.
Every session is adaptable, confidential, and unique — offering time, space, and support to meet you exactly where you are.
