Welcome to Chandra Namaskar. These cooling, soothing Lunar salutations bring calm to the mind, allow the body to find freedom from tension and form a deeper connection to the breath through intuitive and fluid movement.

Finding flow in our moon practice, we work in a circular way around the mat so we suggest turning your mat sideways onto the screen. And due to the nature of Mandala sequencing you will often face away from the screen. The legs may seem confusing at first, but go with the flow and we will begin at the top of the mat standing in Samasthiti.
