A short drill exercise to improve your strength and body awareness for plank, Chaturanga, upward facing dog and downward facing dog in a connecting vinyasa.

Please have two blocks on their highest level underneath the shoulders, shoulder width apart with the finger tips touching the blocks. Come down to the knees with toes tucked.
