Yoga Arm Balance Tutorial - Three postures to try for fun and play: Crane, Flying Pigeon, Side Crow Free

A short 3min top tips video for three of the most fun and popular arm balances:
🐦 Crane (Bakasana) 
🐦 Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana) 
🐦 One legged side crow (Aka Pada Koundinyasana I) 

Arm balances are great fun, but can be a risk if you fall forward. Take it all slowly and be super careful of your face and neck if you fall. If you are new to these postures please have a pillow or cushion to break your fall.

If you need extra height please use blocks under the feet in crane or beneath the hands in pigeon and side crow. The tips in these arm balances can be transferred to other arm balances such as eight angle pose, forearm stand and handstand.
