A short 5min posture tutorial for the arm balance of Fallen Angel or Devaduuta Panna Asana. A variation of a side crow.

It is important to try this Fallen Angel only when you have your side crow solid, consistent and strong. Please warm up the core, spinal rotations, wrists and shoulders before trying this arm balance tutorial.

It may help to be on a comfy surface before trying this one to pad out the side of the head or body if you fall. (just like I did in this video)
