Deemed to be an intermediate Sun salutation sequence, these are suitable for everyone with a few modifications. Tripsichore Sun Sals open and release tightness in the chest and shoulders, as well as strengthen the legs and spine. Use your breath to guide you to flow through the postures making the transitions fluid, smooth and controlled.

As a professionally trained dancer with a Limon teacher I have found a real affinity with Tripsichore Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. We synchronised breath with movement, whereby the mind is brought to a place of deep concentration. Tripsichore Yoga style is both challenging and fun, yet it encourages the student to explore breath led movement and their own potential while offering a place to access flow state. It has given the modern day practice of Yoga a wonderful opportunity to focus, breathe and flow.
