A full-length 75 min free movement practice for aligning and stabilising the pelvis, lower back and allowing release in to the SI joint, hip sockets, flexors, hamstrings and quads. basically all the connective tissue that surrounds the hip joints, legs and lower back.

Please have a couple of blocks handy as well as a blanket to pad out the knees if you are on a hard surface.

Take the practice as it comes to you today, and notice how the body and hips respond to free movement in the joints and how the muscles and connective tissue reacts to what you are asking of it in these postures. Please make modifications as you need and use your props
