A 60 min sequence that caters to the functional movement, mobility, flexibility and strengthening of the lower body. Spending time on feet and ankles, legs (outer, inner, front and back) as well as hip and glute work. This one is great for those of us who sit down for long periods and have tight connective tissue and joints in the lower body.

Some props may be handy for you to fill the space as you need, a strap, a block and a bolster.
