A full length 75min Yoga and functional movement sequence for the lower body and spinal mobility, Working with the legs, hips and spine we focus on release of the front and back gates and connective tissue. Hamstrings glutes, psoas, hip flexors and quads.

A yoga strap/belt and a block/cushion/bolster would be helpful for this practice.
