70min Slow and Stretchy Yoga for the Upper Body - shoulders, chest and upper back

A full length 70min slow and stretchy practice for work in to the upper body, including strengthening, flexibility and mobility as well as stretch and release for the shoulders, chest and upper to middle back. Please have some props available, but definitely a strap/belt (non-stretchy) and a bolster or blocks or pillow.
