Yoga Dance - a free flowing sequence for Intermediates (minimal cues) Free

This is a 10min Yoga Dance flow for you. Joy and freedom comes from flow and embodied movement within yoga & dance.

This sequence is better suited to experienced practitioners of yoga or dance with a good body awareness and posture knowledge. The movements may be complex at first as we transition through connecting vinyasa, asana and dance movements and knowing names of postures will most certainly help you move seamlessly to the next section; but saying that, it is about YOUR free movement and we all have that ability in us. Give it a go and let me know how you get on in the comments below!

The sequence is not repeated on both sides and therefore was purely a dance with yoga asana when I filmed it. Just Dance and Be You! Just as I was. Move in your own way and embody your body using your breath with each movement! You can of course repeat it by listening carefully to the cues and using the opposite leg. Have fun with that part!

There are no props needed, but modify along the way as you need with any move/posture that works for you and your body. Please honour YOU! Know your limitations, level of experience and any medical conditions and injuries, but most of all, experience joy and have fun with the flow!
