Experience the power of breathwork and sacred sound to regenerate the nervous system – a three-part practice for challenging times to de-stress, relax and renew.
Part 1 – Pranayama
There’s no better vitamin than the breath. We’ll prepare the body to receive the healing vibrations of the gong by immersing in a series of gentle warmups and conscious breath control exercises.
Part 2 – Gong meditation to heal the nervous system
As you travel into sound, the glandular system is stimulated, releasing us from the torrents of our subconscious thoughts that often hold us back, and mask our true radiance.
Part 3 – Deep relaxation with Mul Mantra
Healing vibrations
The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They penetrate every cell and fibre of the body releasing blocks (energetic and emotional), reducing nervous tension and stress while boosting circulation. The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper inner connection.
All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a mat, bottle of water, a small cushion/support and light blanket for comfort.
