The theme for this session is ‘Heaven and Earth’. We are by our true nature boundless. But to reach this subtle realm of embodied Spirit, a frequency of compassion and grace, we must first set a secure foundation on Earth.

We’ll tune and soften our earth bodies, allow energy to flow, connect our hearts and find new pathways and possibilities. An alchemic blend of breathwork, posture, movement, self-massage, and sacred sound.
