Join this workshop for an introduction to the ten spiritual bodies of Kundalini Yoga to balance mind, body and soul.

When we get stuck in our heads, ruminating thoughts can manifest as fear, anxiety, disconnection and depression. Regular Kundalini Yoga practice brings us into a direct experience of sensations in the body.

As you awaken your consciousness to the ten spiritual bodies, and learn to keep them in balance, the whole Universe will be in balance with you. Your energy flows freely. You are lit up from within. You have a deeper sense of Self and connection to the hearts of others. You become more intuitive and open to new possibilities.

In this session you’ll experience a dynamic blend of breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation and soothing gong immersion.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/yoga block, light blanket for comfort. All welcome. No previous experience necessary.
