Description
Mobility means: it improves joint health, helps in the rehab process and slows down degenerative processes.

In this workshop-suitable for everybody - we will learn how to expand your personal movement capacity using specific techniques (Functional Range Conditioning).
During the workshop we will see how mobility can unlock new range of motion and increase the ability of the body to respond to the changes from one position to another. We will isolate joints to better understand how the surrounding muscles can provide optimal support and enhance better movement.
