Ian Miller is a certified breathwork facilitator, 300-hour yoga teacher, and co-founder of Respire Life, a practice dedicated to helping individuals reprogram limiting patterns and create habits that support joy, creativity, and authentic living. Integrating evidence-based breathwork techniques, mindful movement, and a passion for behavioral science, Ian guides clients in releasing stress, regulating the nervous system, and restoring a sense of inner clarity and vitality. His facilitation blends structure practices and guided by intuition— a primary focus is to offer a safe space for transformation through awareness, embodiment, and breath. Through workshops, retreats, and private sessions, Ian empowers individuals to align daily routines with their higher potential and live from a more inspired, creative state of being.

Description

This class integrates gentle yoga, functional mobility, and guided breath techniques to awaken the body mind system for optimal physical and mental performance to start the week right. Morning movement helps regulate the body’s circulation and restore mobility. Participants leave feeling energized yet calm, with improved alignment, posture, and mental clarity to begin the day and week with balance, intention and a big win for self improvement
