Ian Miller is a certified breathwork facilitator, 300-hour yoga teacher, and co-founder of Respire Life, a practice dedicated to helping individuals reprogram limiting patterns and create habits that support joy, creativity, and authentic living. Integrating evidence-based breathwork techniques, mindful movement, and a passion for behavioral science, Ian guides clients in releasing stress, regulating the nervous system, and restoring a sense of inner clarity and vitality. His facilitation blends structure practices and guided by intuition— a primary focus is to offer a safe space for transformation through awareness, embodiment, and breath. Through workshops, retreats, and private sessions, Ian empowers individuals to align daily routines with their higher potential and live from a more inspired, creative state of being.

Description

This evening breathwork session is designed to help you release the stress and tension of the day through a guided, restorative practice. Using a focus on slow deep rhythmatic breaths to stimulate a deep meditation, the practice calms the nervous system, promotes deep relaxation, and restores energetic balance. Participants leave feeling grounded, centered, and prepared for a restful night, with enhanced clarity, emotional ease, and inner calm.
