Heather Main is a 200-hour YTT certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki and energy work practitioner, cold plunge coach, and co-owner of Respire Life, a breathwork-based wellness company. She is passionate about guiding others through practices that connect mind, body, and spirit—helping them discover their own inner balance, clarity, and strength. Through her grounded yet heart-centered approach, Heather creates safe, supportive spaces for self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Her work inspires others to reconnect with themselves, find peace in the present moment, and live empowered, intentional lives.

A slow restorative journey designed to nurture the body and soul.
Through gentle, long-held Yin postures and mindful breath, we create space to release, receive and restore. Each shape is held with presence, inviting you to soften into sensation while releasing tension from deep within the body's connective tissues and find peace as you melt into stillness.
This class is a practice of letting go - of effort, of busyness, of doing - so you can simply be. Leave feeling replenished and renewed from the inside out.
