Efi Chatzopoulou
Hi, I’m Efi - yoga teacher, researcher and mum of two.
What initially got me into yoga was a curiosity to move in new ways and to keep fit. But what I found was so much more than that. After many years of practice, yoga helped me find calm and heal from anxiety and chronic digestive issues.
After 20 years of practice I trained in Hatha & Restorative yoga at Bristol School of Yoga and also in Yoga for digestion at Yoga Campus.
I’m now delighted to be able to share this amazing practice with others, who I hope are going to find the same love and enthusiasm for it as so many others have.
Whether you’re already into yoga or someone who’s just reluctantly giving it a go for the first time, I create a space where you can show up as you are, move how you need, and maybe even surprise yourself along the way.
No need to be able to reach your toes or stand on your head.
My classes are mostly about connection. Connecting movement with breath, mind with body and us with our own selves.
Expect thoughtful sequences, clear instruction, and a reminder that yoga isn’t about perfect poses—it’s about being present.
Let’s move, breathe, and not take ourselves too seriously.
Every body is very welcome.
Description
Start your week with a beginner-friendly, somatic yoga class that focuses on how movement feels within rather than how it looks from the outside.
An opportunity for you to do something for yourself and get your cup full before the week ahead. We'll move together, we'll breathe together, we'll be alright :-).
We'll use small, intentional movements and breath awareness to awaken your sensory-motor system, encouraging your muscles to relax and move more functionally. This practice offers a safe space for self-inquiry, supporting stress reduction and helping you feel more present and grounded in your body.

Chloe fell in love with Yoga and meditation when on a retreat in Spain. After feeling the immense benefits of the practises she commented to the teacher, if everyone started the day like this, there would be world peace. That was 14 years ago! Outside of sharing these practises, Chloe enjoys spending time in nature and learning about herbalism, is a hobby level climber and runner, and above all hanging out with her dog Nacho who you may well meet at the studio from time to time.
Description
Join Chloe for a 50minute lunch break Yoga practise to invigorate and inspire! A creative movement practise to undo work-induced tension. Movements to help with posture, tight shoulders, sore backs and static legs. Breathwork and meditation for balancing your nervous system to enter the afternoon feeling focused, accomplished and refreshed.

I began my yoga journey in Senegal, taking time for myself and moving in the early mornings before the village would wake up. Witnessing the benefits this practice brought to my mind, body, and soul inspired me to go deeper, leading me to complete a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in France in 2020.
Alongside this, I explored the power of breath and resilience through an initiation into cold exposure and breathwork practices. Since 2023, I have continued to expand my understanding of asanas by studying anatomy and neuroscience, focusing on how neurology connects to the physical practice of yoga and how this knowledge can support students in their own journeys.
For me, yoga is a space to explore movement in unexpected ways, a playground where I can fall, experiment, and allow emotions to rise and pass. It is a practice that continually brings me back to my authentic self.
Description
Mathilde brings her unique expertise and flare for functional neurology to her classes. As well as a playful vinyasa class you will take the traditional asanas (postures) and move beyond typical alignment. Our brain and body thrives on variety so by moving beyond typical alignment, consciously exploring other, sometimes unusual, movements our brain feels safer. As safety increases, our body moves and feels better. This is an explorative practise with the intention of sharing science based information to help your body-mind thrive.

For me, practicing yoga began first as a tool to help me with managing my anxiety in my mid-teens, and since then has been such a beautiful tool and joyful way for me to move and connect with myself throughout the years. It has stuck with me since.
With a background in psychology, I undertook my 200hr yoga teacher training with the intention of learning how to hold a safe space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, help regulate their nervous systems and to facilitate an environment to build habits that cultivate strength, play, flexibility and your mindfulness muscle.
Description
A combination of flowing movement, held postures and breathwork helping you to slow down, connect with your body and breath, building confidence with yourself as well as including some more playful poses!

I am a 200 hour certified Hatha and Restorative yoga teacher who believes that yoga is a practice of listening to the body and the breath. My classes offer a mindful and grounded approach to movement, encouraging students to explore how postures feel rather than how they look.
Drawing on the traditional principles of Hatha yoga, I aim to guide through sequences that balance strength and softness, effort and ease. Breath awareness is a strong influence in my classes, helping to calm our overactive nervous system, steady the mind, and create a deeper connection with the body.
I hope to see you soon!
Description
Gracie will be covering this Hatha flow. Enjoy!
Taking time to slow down and reset with a gentle Hatha practice. Focus on mindful breathing, flows to release tension from the week and guide us into the evening. A balance of movement and stillness that leaves you feeling grounded and calm. Suitable for all levels.

Hi, I’m Fynn and my passion is supporting people on their journey out of pain, stress, and tension and guiding them back into a thriving, balanced state. I believe our bodies hold incredible intelligence and when given the right conditions they naturally know how to heal, release, and return to harmony.
Through breathwork, coaching, yoga, and massage I help people let go of what’s holding them back and reconnect with themselves so they can feel their best again.
My own path into wellness began through a personal relationship with grief and pain, growing up with a sister with a terminal illness deeply shaped my understanding of the body, compassion, and the importance of finding natural ways to ease stress and tension.
I love movement, travel, music, and dance and I’m happiest on the dance floor at a festival or watching the sunset on a beach overseas. I’d love for you to join me for a session at Intra- and experience for yourself the transformative power of breathwork.
Description
Recharge your energy, align your mind, and awaken your inspiration through the power of breath. This class uses the Soma Breath technique, a globally renowned breathwork method that leaves you feeling vibrant, grounded, and ready to take on the day.

Over the years I have developed a deep appreciation for the positive benefits yoga has on both the mind and body. My intention is to share that experience through my classes - creating a space where students can fully relax, reconnect with their bodies and tune into the present moment. While my classes are calming and grounding, I also include moments of strength through longer holds, helping students discover their inner strength in a safe and encouraging environment.
Whether you are new to yoga or would like to deepen your practice you are so welcome, just as you are.
Looking forward to seeing you in class x
Description
✨Welcome, if you are new to Momoyoga, first you'll need to register then you'll be able to secure your class 🫶
Please arrive adleast 5 minutes early as doors locked at 7am.💛
I'm really excited to share my passions and beliefs of how, through yoga, you can shift energy around your body with movement.
In this grounding Hatha Yoga class we will be focusing on the breath, tuning into how the body and mind are feeling + use movement to alter our state of being in a positive way.
We’ll begin by arriving on our mats by grounding into the present moment with mindful breath and gentle movement. As we move deeper into our practice we’ll explore longer held postures to invite stillness, strength and awareness of our physical bodies.
This practice is an invitation to tune inward to connect the breath with movement and discover the balance between effort and ease (sthira and sukha).
Whether you are new to yoga or would like to deepen your practice you are so welcome, just as you are.🫶
I can't wait to share this journey with you.✨

Hi there, I’m Nicola - welcome to my page 😊
My love for yoga began during lockdown, when life slowed down for all of us. I found myself needing to channel my energy into something deeper than just another workout (and there were a lot of those happening in my mum’s living room!).
One day I swapped my usual HIIT videos for an online yoga class and something clicked. I felt a new kind of connection to my body and mind and from there my yoga journey really began.
Over time I explored different styles, but I always found myself coming back to Ashtanga yoga. I love the discipline and structure of the practice and the way it leaves me in a state of pure bliss and contentment afterwards.
I’ve been deepening my practice ever since and in early 2024 I travelled to India to begin my formal training.
Ashtanga has brought so many benefits into my life, from improved strength and flexibility to emotional balance and overall wellbeing and it’s a practice I truly believe everyone can benefit from.
I’m so excited to share it with you 🧡
Description
In this class, we’ll explore key set sequences from the Ashtanga Primary Series, including Sun Salutations, standing postures, seated poses and a selection of closing postures.
Expect to build internal heat and strength through a steady, energising flow, while staying deeply grounded and connected to your breath throughout the practice.
