Mathilde Poulle
I began my yoga journey in Senegal, taking time for myself and moving in the early mornings before the village would wake up. Witnessing the benefits this practice brought to my mind, body, and soul inspired me to go deeper, leading me to complete a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in France in 2020.
Alongside this, I explored the power of breath and resilience through an initiation into cold exposure and breathwork practices. Since 2023, I have continued to expand my understanding of asanas by studying anatomy and neuroscience, focusing on how neurology connects to the physical practice of yoga and how this knowledge can support students in their own journeys.
For me, yoga is a space to explore movement in unexpected ways, a playground where I can fall, experiment, and allow emotions to rise and pass. It is a practice that continually brings me back to my authentic self.
Description
Mathilde brings her unique expertise and flare for functional neurology to her classes. As well as a playful vinyasa class you will take the traditional asanas (postures) and move beyond typical alignment. Our brain and body thrives on variety so by moving beyond typical alignment, consciously exploring other, sometimes unusual, movements our brain feels safer. As safety increases, our body moves and feels better. This is an explorative practise with the intention of sharing science based information to help your body-mind thrive.

Hi, I’m Fynn and my passion is supporting people on their journey out of pain, stress, and tension and guiding them back into a thriving, balanced state. I believe our bodies hold incredible intelligence and when given the right conditions they naturally know how to heal, release, and return to harmony.
Through breathwork, coaching, yoga, and massage I help people let go of what’s holding them back and reconnect with themselves so they can feel their best again.
My own path into wellness began through a personal relationship with grief and pain, growing up with a sister with a terminal illness deeply shaped my understanding of the body, compassion, and the importance of finding natural ways to ease stress and tension.
I love movement, travel, music, and dance and I’m happiest on the dance floor at a festival or watching the sunset on a beach overseas. I’d love for you to join me for a session at Intra- and experience for yourself the transformative power of breathwork.
Description
Recharge your energy, align your mind, and awaken your inspiration through the power of breath. This class uses the Soma Breath technique, a globally renowned breathwork method that leaves you feeling vibrant, grounded, and ready to take on the day.

I feel grateful to have trained with Sarah Harlow and her amazing teachers at Yogasara in Bristol and also to experience and deepen my learning of Hatha yoga in Rishikesh. India. I am diligent to honour and combine these traditional teachings alongside the latest modern scientific knowledge. The mat has become a real sanctuary to me, a blank canvas to return to with self love, learning to accept what is, to listen, to feel and create. I try only to facilitate classes with what I have embodied in my heart through the traditional teachings and latest science, expressed through movement, breath, somatic awareness and universal love. I’m passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing through yoga and mindfulness. When I was younger, I sometimes found it hard to manage my emotions and feel calm, especially at school. Discovering yoga and mindfulness really helped me find balance, confidence, and peace within myself.
Now, I love sharing these practices with children in a fun and nurturing way — through movement, breath, stillness, and imagination. My sessions are all about helping children feel grounded, connected, and confident, while learning simple tools they can use in everyday life.
Description
A playful and calming class designed to help children move, breathe and relax! Each session includes fun and imaginative yoga poses, movement games that build strength and balance, and simple mindfulness practices to support focus, emotional awareness and self-regulation. Children will also enjoy a mindful craft activity to spark creativity and self-expression. We end with soothing relaxation time to help them feel calm, grounded and refreshed.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and studying at Yogasara, Bristol since 2022, about
to complete the advanced training in early 2026. I’ve taught at Bristol University, Yogasara,
online and in person at yoga studios and in Greece. I’ve undertaken many trainings in trauma
and have a trauma- informed approach to teaching yoga. I’ve also undertaken significant study
into transpersonal theory: spirituality, psychology and Non-Violent Communication. I practise
meditation daily under Will Evans, who takes a, Advaita Vedanta, Non- dual Shaiva Tantra and
Buddhist non- dual approaches.
The Yogasara method that I studied under comprises asana (posture) practice in a Krama
Vinyasana style (krama meaning step-by-step and Vinyasa being a flow state within postural
practice), as well as the other integral aspects of yoga and ritual: meditation, breathwork, study
of Western and Eastern philosophy, mantra, conscious dance, science (anatomy, neuroscience,
Myofascial Integration), emotional integration and awareness of wider ecological and social
issues, with a personal interest/ specialization in gender and LGBTQ+ issues.
Description
Journey with Abby for 75 mins: through the spark of the lifeforce originating in the breath and
the sacred vibration buzzing through the body, using a grounded and expansive asana (physical movements and shapes) flow back down to the ground of being in meditation or yoga nidra (yogic "sleep").
A physical Yoga practise is preparation for meditation, yet the meditation is often missing in our fast-paced world. Join Abby in the joy of taking time for the enquiry and resting into who we truly are on this 4 week introduction to Yoga and Meditation.

Over the years I have developed a deep appreciation for the positive benefits yoga has on both the mind and body. My intention is to share that experience through my classes - creating a space where students can fully relax, reconnect with their bodies and tune into the present moment. While my classes are calming and grounding, I also include moments of strength through longer holds, helping students discover their inner strength in a safe and encouraging environment.
Whether you are new to yoga or would like to deepen your practice you are so welcome, just as you are.
Looking forward to seeing you in class x
Description
✨Welcome, if you are new to Momoyoga, first you'll need to register then you'll be able to secure your class 🫶
Please arrive adleast 5 minutes early as doors locked at 7am.💛
I'm really excited to share my passions and beliefs of how, through yoga, you can shift energy around your body with movement.
In this grounding Hatha Yoga class we will be focusing on the breath, tuning into how the body and mind are feeling + use movement to alter our state of being in a positive way.
We’ll begin by arriving on our mats by grounding into the present moment with mindful breath and gentle movement. As we move deeper into our practice we’ll explore longer held postures to invite stillness, strength and awareness of our physical bodies.
This practice is an invitation to tune inward to connect the breath with movement and discover the balance between effort and ease (sthira and sukha).
Whether you are new to yoga or would like to deepen your practice you are so welcome, just as you are.🫶
I can't wait to share this journey with you.✨

Rebecca is a restorative Yoga teacher as well as a holistic massage therapist, Reiki Master and sound healing practitioner. She is passionate about supporting people through nurturing, restful practises that soothe the nervous system and help bring balance to mind body and soul. A self procalimed "cosy girl", she's a big fan of the sort of yoga where you wear your fluffiest socks, baggiest jumper and lay down in a nest of bolsters and blankets. Expect lots of slow, soothing, floor-based postures, gentle movement and stillness.
Description
Join me for a grounding and nourishing hatha & restorative yoga class.
We'll have a little wiggle and a stretch before moving onto some longer, supported restorative postures, followed by a long dreamy savasana.
We'll find ease and stillness in order to slow down busy brains and soothe frazzled nervous systems. Releasing the energy of the week and setting us up for a fresh and restful weekend.
Expect lots of props, blankets, cosy vibes and a supportive space to rest.
All postures will be either seated or lying down and I will offer adaptations and alternatives to help you get the most out of your practice.

Hi there, I’m Nicola - welcome to my page 😊
My love for yoga began during lockdown, when life slowed down for all of us. I found myself needing to channel my energy into something deeper than just another workout (and there were a lot of those happening in my mum’s living room!).
One day I swapped my usual HIIT videos for an online yoga class and something clicked. I felt a new kind of connection to my body and mind and from there my yoga journey really began.
Over time I explored different styles, but I always found myself coming back to Ashtanga yoga. I love the discipline and structure of the practice and the way it leaves me in a state of pure bliss and contentment afterwards.
I’ve been deepening my practice ever since and in early 2024 I travelled to India to begin my formal training.
Ashtanga has brought so many benefits into my life, from improved strength and flexibility to emotional balance and overall wellbeing and it’s a practice I truly believe everyone can benefit from.
I’m so excited to share it with you 🧡
Description
In this class, we’ll explore key set sequences from the Ashtanga Primary Series, including Sun Salutations, standing postures, seated poses and a selection of closing postures.
Expect to build internal heat and strength through a steady, energising flow, while staying deeply grounded and connected to your breath throughout the practice.

Description
An unhurried blend of yin and restorative yoga. Slow, purposeful and designed to ease you gently toward rest. We nestle into longer-held, prop-supported and typically floor based shapes for around 5 mins each. As we let go, gravity gets to work developing flexibility and overall functional ease in body. This gentle unraveling intends to soften edges, mind and body, and take the weight of things like busyness, burnout and anxiety. A space to pause.
Inspired by the wisdom of Yogic and Taoist traditions, I aim to bring a grounded and heartfelt approach to mindful breathing and being. We attune to the often overlooked intelligence of body through (yet not limited to) fascia, fluid, subtle energy, rhythm and release. I often share poetic readings, personal insights, mantra/affirmation and deeper themes. A reflective ritual of return.
All ability welcome.
