Chloe fell in love with Yoga and meditation when on a retreat in Spain. After feeling the immense benefits of the practises she commented to the teacher, if everyone started the day like this, there would be world peace. That was 14 years ago! Outside of sharing these practises, Chloe enjoys spending time in nature and learning about herbalism, is a hobby level climber and runner, and above all hanging out with her dog Nacho who you may well meet at the studio from time to time.
Description

I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and 50-hour Yin Yoga training in Goa, India, where I deepened my understanding of yoga as both a physical and internal practice. I’ve been living in Bristol for over five years, and I’m passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with others in my community.
To me, yoga is about more than movement, it’s a way to connect mind, body, and energy, creating space for balance, calm, and clarity in a busy world. My teaching blends energising Hatha with slower, restorative practices to support both strength and deep rest.
I aim to help people feel more grounded, more at ease in their bodies, and more connected to themselves, both on and off the mat.
Description
A calming Monday evening yoga class designed to help you unwind and sleep better.
We begin with gentle movement to release tension from the body, followed by longer held yin-style postures to deeply relax muscles and calm the nervous system. The class finishes with yoga nidra to guide you into a deeply restful state.
Perfect if you struggle to switch off at night, feel physically tight, or want to improve the quality of your sleep.

Hi, I’m Fynn and my passion is supporting people on their journey out of pain, stress, and tension and guiding them back into a thriving, balanced state. I believe our bodies hold incredible intelligence and when given the right conditions they naturally know how to heal, release, and return to harmony.
Through breathwork, coaching, yoga, and massage I help people let go of what’s holding them back and reconnect with themselves so they can feel their best again.
My own path into wellness began through a personal relationship with grief and pain, growing up with a sister with a terminal illness deeply shaped my understanding of the body, compassion, and the importance of finding natural ways to ease stress and tension.
I love movement, travel, music, and dance and I’m happiest on the dance floor at a festival or watching the sunset on a beach overseas. I’d love for you to join me for a session at Intra- and experience for yourself the transformative power of breathwork.
Description
A 60minute class where mindful movement meets concious breath to help you drop into your body and reset your energy.
The session begins with a grounding vinyasa flow, guiding you into rhythm, presence and fluid movement. From here you will transistion into a Soma-breathwork practise designed to recharge your system and leave you energist and centered for the rest of the day.
As movement and breath synchronise our natural state of wellbeing and vitality returns. This combination creates a powerful practise that supports physical health and nervous system balance.

I began my yoga journey in Senegal, taking time for myself and moving in the early mornings before the village would wake up. Witnessing the benefits this practice brought to my mind, body, and soul inspired me to go deeper, leading me to complete a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in France in 2020.
Alongside this, I explored the power of breath and resilience through an initiation into cold exposure and breathwork practices. Since 2023, I have continued to expand my understanding of asanas by studying anatomy and neuroscience, focusing on how neurology connects to the physical practice of yoga and how this knowledge can support students in their own journeys.
For me, yoga is a space to explore movement in unexpected ways, a playground where I can fall, experiment, and allow emotions to rise and pass. It is a practice that continually brings me back to my authentic self.
Description
Mathilde brings her unique expertise and flare for functional neurology to her classes. As well as a playful vinyasa class you will take the traditional asanas (postures) and move beyond typical alignment. Our brain and body thrives on variety so by moving beyond typical alignment, consciously exploring other, sometimes unusual, movements our brain feels safer. As safety increases, our body moves and feels better. This is an explorative practise with the intention of sharing science based information to help your body-mind thrive.

I’m passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing through yoga and mindfulness. When I was younger, I sometimes found it hard to manage my emotions and feel calm, especially at school. Discovering yoga and mindfulness really helped me find balance, confidence, and peace within myself.
Now, I love sharing these practices with children in a fun and nurturing way — through movement, breath, stillness, and imagination. My sessions are all about helping children feel grounded, connected, and confident, while learning simple tools they can use in everyday life.
Description
A playful and calming class designed to help children move, breathe and relax! Each session includes fun and imaginative yoga poses, movement games that build strength and balance, and simple mindfulness practices to support focus, emotional awareness and self-regulation. Children will also enjoy a mindful craft activity to spark creativity and self-expression. We end with soothing relaxation time to help them feel calm, grounded and refreshed.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and studying at Yogasara, Bristol since 2022, about
to complete the advanced training in early 2026. I’ve taught at Bristol University, Yogasara,
online and in person at yoga studios and in Greece. I’ve undertaken many trainings in trauma
and have a trauma- informed approach to teaching yoga. I’ve also undertaken significant study
into transpersonal theory: spirituality, psychology and Non-Violent Communication. I practise
meditation daily under Will Evans, who takes a, Advaita Vedanta, Non- dual Shaiva Tantra and
Buddhist non- dual approaches.
The Yogasara method that I studied under comprises asana (posture) practice in a Krama
Vinyasana style (krama meaning step-by-step and Vinyasa being a flow state within postural
practice), as well as the other integral aspects of yoga and ritual: meditation, breathwork, study
of Western and Eastern philosophy, mantra, conscious dance, science (anatomy, neuroscience,
Myofascial Integration), emotional integration and awareness of wider ecological and social
issues, with a personal interest/ specialization in gender and LGBTQ+ issues.
Description
Journey with Abby for 75 mins: through the spark of the lifeforce originating in the breath and
the sacred vibration buzzing through the body, using a grounded and expansive asana (physical movements and shapes) then flow back down to the ground of being in meditation or yoga nidra (yogic "sleep").
A physical Yoga practise is preparation for meditation, yet the meditation is often missing in our fast-paced world. Join Abby in the joy of taking time for the enquiry and resting into who we truly are.

I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years and am a 450+ hours trained yoga teacher. My teaching incorporates elements of Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga, with a focus on supporting students towards peace, empowerment, and personal growth.
Yoga has been a profound source of healing in my life. Its incredible power for personal transformation has repeatedly shown up for me, allowing me to be fully present and active in my life's unfolding. For me, this is not just a physical practice that takes place on the mat; it's a way of being.
As a teacher, I aim to share this tool of presence and power with you. My classes invite you to turn inwards and gain a deeper understanding of who you are and want to be, so that you can move closer to what your soul is calling for. These gifts of yoga - strength, focus, presence, power - can then be carried off the mat, to be woven into the stories and relationships of your own daily life.
I'm looking forward to practicing with you.
Description
Join me for Soul Flow: a slow but strong, mindful vinyasa practice designed to reconnect you with your body and inner landscape. Moving with intention, we will flow through fluid sequences of breath-led movement, building strength and space in our body and minds, to create a deeply immersive experience.
Meet me on the mat for the opportunity to soften into presence, to explore your edges with curiosity, and to leave feeling centred, open, and empowered.

My yoga journey began when I was a teenager and used to go to classes at a local sports hall with one of my Mum’s friends. I didn’t really know what I was doing at the time, but I loved the sense of spaciousness it gave me.
It wasn’t until I was travelling in Australia later on and began a regular practice that I really fell in love with yoga. I have found the biggest thing that yoga gives me is an appreciation for life, feeling of connection and ability to notice the small things - and I’d love to be able to share this with you!
I am trained in Vinyasa and Yin, and my teaching style flows between fluid, dynamic movements to slower, longer holds that allow time to explore the sensations of the poses. My aim through teaching is for students to leave my classes feeling rested, relaxed and a little bit lighter.
I hope you’ll get to join me on the mat soon at Intra-!
Description
A class of two halves! This 75-minute practice is designed to help you reset and unwind. We'll begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to build some heat before gradually slowing into deeper stretches and longer holds. We'll close by settling into a longer savasana to support deep rest, allowing tension in the mind and body to gently unravel.

Chloe's classes draw on non-dual Yogic philosphy, breathwork, and flows to capture your attention and take you to a more engaged and energised place. Sometimes using props, and sometimes holding postures for a longer period of time to stoke the inner flame and burn away layers of stress and doubt as you take yourself to places you might not normally. Some Yoga experience is preferred so if you are a complete beginner please get in touch first so we can have a chat to access your suitablility for the class.

Over a decade ago, I joined my first yoga class. Over time, the practice grew in importance to me, reaching far beyond the physical postures into a more reflective and mindful way of being. It became less about what I do on the mat and more about how I carry that awareness into life. This ongoing journey has helped me find greater presence, patience and self-inquiry.
What I love more than anything is to share my teachings and spread the wisdom that has been passed down to me over the years. I’m passionate about creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore your edge with compassion, and experience yoga as more than just movement—but as a pathway to inner-peace.
In 2020, I completed my first Hatha yoga teacher training, and went on to complete a 300-hour training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa at the end of 2024. My teaching is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, blending mindful movement, breath, and awareness to support both strength and inner balance.
Description
This class offers a balanced blend of strength and stillness—expect a practice that gently challenges your body while guiding your mind toward calm. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, we’ll support a full nervous system reset so you can head into your weekend feeling centered, clear, and restored.

I’m a contemporary Pilates instructor, currently training with Move Union, and I’m passionate about creating calm, supportive spaces where people can slow down and reconnect with their bodies. My approach is rooted in gentle, flowing movement, mindful breathing, and the idea that Pilates is about how you feel—not how you look.
Description
A gentle, contemporary Pilates class designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. This session focuses on how your body feels rather than how it looks, encouraging rest, ease, and embodied movement. Expect soft, flowing sequences, mindful breathing, and a supportive space where you can build strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace.
