Becky is a Leadership Coach and Culture Change expert who runs her own consultancy business, Culture Kick. They offer Leadership Development and more recently Resilience and Wellbeing programmes.
Her Wellbeing offering was born from her love of Conscious Connective Breathwork which has not only helped her but many others who find juggling life, work and home responsibilities overwhelming and stressful at times. She can be found delivering Keynotes, Workshops and Breathwork sessions to Leaders, Teams and now in Community setting like Intra.
Her passion for the power of Conscious Connective Breathwork led her to complete the Inner You Breathwork Facilitator course with teacher Josh Connolly. As a Certified Practitioner she would love to share with you this truly deep breathwork practice that helps to regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, tensions and stress and leave you feeling lighter and able to face what life and work throws our way.
