Fusion of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, pranayama or the breath of yoga, and yogic meditation, guided by Irina Pashkevich. Every week we explore different themes, different techniques and sequences. Class for more experienced practitioners; could be challenging for complete novice. Our Foundation course participants are welcome.
