This is a 6 class block over 7 weeks, as there will be no class on March 7. It is an intermediate level class. Students should be familiar with Iyengar yoga and have a regular inversion practice. A class pass covers the entire five class series and may be used to take other classes on the schedule during the same time period. No refunds except for real emergencies.
