This is an intermediate level class. Students should be familiar with Iyengar yoga and have a regular inversion practice (headstand and shoulderstand).

This four week series works with practices and poses designed to reset your nervous system and bring you back to your Self. Most of the poses we do are supported and held for a longer time. This gives the body and mind the opportunity to release and relax and gives the nervous system a much needed respite from stimulus overload.
