Pranayama (breathing techniques) allow us to learn how to enhance energy & focus levels, promote relaxation, and release stress by connecting the body and mind through breath. This workshop explores the aspect of breath and how it relates to yoga, and will teach you specific breathing techniques to add to your practice.
