Let go and just be " exactly as you are' during this 45 mins relaxation practice.
We will use number of yoga props to support your body so you can get 100% comfortable. Once you bring yourself into more comfort, with a support, we allow the body to relax more. Focusing on slow-paced breathing to stimulate parasympathetic nervous system our ' rest and digest' to create calmness in the mind and body.
Allow yourself, allow your body to feel completely relax with this rejuvenating yoga practice.

Get ready:
a couple of blankets,
2 yoga blocks
a cushion
a yoga bolster ( instead a couple of cushions )
an eye pillow ( or eye covering )
