Mixture between slow flow class and Yin yoga.

In Yin yoga, we target deep connective tissue, ( fascia, ligaments, joints, bones.) It is much slower paced practice, more meditative giving a space to turn more inwards. We hold poses between 2-5mins or longer to access deeper tissues and focusing on the area of joints - hips, pelvis and lower back

A yoga bolster and a blanket could be beneficial for the support.
