Description
We will finish this year with a slow vinyasa mindful flow, include short meditation and a bit of chanting at the beginning too.
Not to worry if you haven't got much yoga experience, we will take a slow with transition. We will collectively chant ( you will be muted so if you haven't tried chanting before, please do not worry, listening is also consider to be a part of this circle ), we will include short meditation and move mindfully to the end the year together ( allow to let go' of this year on a positive note' ) and, setting up an Intention for the year ahead.
Prepare:
cosy blanket
a cushion
eye pillow ( any eye covering )
1 yoga block ( if you don't have, prepare extra cushion )
