Whether you find your place with gentle mindful movement, heated yoga, or the blissful experience of sound meditation, we're honored to welcome you to this sacred space.

Description

This class connects breath and movement through a series of flowing postures. Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen our mind-body connection. It’s a great way to practice self-care.

We will close with a gong sound meditation that requires you to only lay on your mat, following your breath, and feeling the vibrations fill and expand your body.
