Upon waking, we are dehydrated, our fascia has hardened overnight, joints and muscles feel stiff. Easing into movement will allow your body to move through its own resistance and open up fluidly. What better way to start the day than with breath, balance, and strength. Each class is uniquely structured and sequenced, and you can always expect a practice linking breath with movement. The outcome: a stronger body, calmer mind, and more balanced state of being. All-levels and beginner friendly.
