Description
“I’m just here for the Savasana.” After a long day at work, busy kid schedules, crazy traffic, or a fantastic TRX class, come Savasana. A 30-minute mindful relaxation class with gentle poses to prepare the body to rest. Tense release exercises, mindful meditation, yoga nidra, and sensory meditation will be incorporated into different weeks.
