This class invites you into the Half Intermediate series, a practice that regulates the nervous system while building strength in the spine, hamstrings, and core. Not as intense as a full second series, the half-intermediate journey offers a complete and mindful journey, guiding the body through a flow that strengthens, stretches, and opens with intention.

Move with awareness, connecting breath and posture, and allow yourself to feel both grounded and free. This session is a natural continuation of the Wednesday Half Primary practice, a step further into the Ashtanga path, challenging yet accessible, energizing yet centered.

A class designed to deeply release built-up tension, especially around the hips, hamstrings, and upper back; areas often tight in our modern, seated lifestyle. The session takes place mostly on the floor, combining deep stretches, mindful mobility, and attentive breath. Each posture is held to allow the body to release, regenerate, and restore its natural balance, while fostering gentle and conscious presence. A moment to create space, calm the body and mind, and reconnect with an inner sense of lightness.
