This time is available if you would prefer to have a private one to one yoga session with me rather than join into a group class. The price for this private session is $35. With 30+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist, I am able to ensure these sessions will cater for individual needs. The use of yoga props such as a chair, bolsters, straps, and blocks can be incorporated to modify poses if needed to ensure a safe and effective practice. As with all other classes, one to one sessions will be Christ-centred, inviting you to draw close to God and receive his grace and peace so that you may be refreshed and restored body, mind, heart and soul.
