Description

Hatha Flow - this class will see us move through multiple postures flowing from movement to movement. Taking the core asanas of the Hatha tradition we will link them together in to a graceful flow. This will allow us to build heat, strength and stamina in the body and, by linking with breath, to gradually learn how to use our breath to calm our system and mind.
