Description

This class draws from classical dance techniques and uses the exploration of rhythm, space, contraction/relaxation for the relief of stress and toning while also breaking a sweat.

It is adapted to all levels. It begins slowly (with a series of inward movements) and builds in calculated intensity for a total body workout.
