My background is in fitness and sports massage therapy. I discovered pilates and loved that it bridged the gap between my 2 trainings. I use my fitness knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of each pilates session. Using evidence based information to help you get stronger and fitter in a fun, friendly environment.

Description

A class suitable for all levels but especially appropriate for beginners and those with particular physical issues, or for those coming back to pilates after a break for which a slower pace is more suitable.
